Hawksley Infirmary
May 5, 1895
Patient: Robert Fitch, male, age 15
Diagnosis: Hereditary psychiatric disorder with compulsive and violent tendencies
The patient exhibits severe impulse control deficiencies and intrusive violent ideation, consistent with an inherited condition. Notably, he also presents complete heterochromia, a trait that may be a visible marker of this disorder. The hereditary nature of this condition is certain, as is its repeated manifestation in prior generations.
Without intervention, symptoms are expected to escalate. Long-term medical supervision is strongly recommended.
The patient’s guardian has refused further treatment against recommendations.
Signed,
Dr. Adam Ziegler
Director, Hawksley Infirmary
